Product Description FAQ

With EcoFlow's X-Boost technology, the RIVER can power devices up to 1200W. However, the X-Boost feature is not applicable for all electrical appliances, as some 600-1800W appliances with strict voltage requirements may not function properly. If the instantaneous power of the electrical appliance exceeds 1200W (with the X-Boost function turned off) or 1800W (with the X-Boost function turned on), the power supply will be overloaded and unusable, affecting devices such as air conditioners, refrigerator-freezers, microwaves, and ovens.

The general run time for the RIVER can be calculated as: 288Wh*0.85/operating wattage of the device. The inverter efficiency varies depending on the output power, so the usage time of electrical appliances may differ according to their respective efficiencies.

If the RIVER loses power when not in use, it could be due to the unit being in standby mode, where the power supply, screen, and/or inverter could be consuming up to 50W. To prevent this, ensure to long press the power button to turn the unit completely off. If the issue persists, try recharging the RIVER to 100% and then using it until it reaches 0% two or three times to calibrate the battery. If the problem continues, please contact customer support.

Some key notes: 1. Upgrade to the latest firmware on the EcoFlow app to enjoy a better user experience. 2. Appliances have been tested on a case-by-case basis, so if you wish to power heavy-duty devices, please conduct a full test. 3. The RIVER Series AC charging cable cannot be used with the DELTA model. 4. Store the RIVER in a dry and well-ventilated place. If exposed or used in a humid environment for an extended period (e.g., near the seaside), it is recommended to use a waterproof bag to keep the battery dry. 5. If the product is accidentally dropped into water or has water spilled on it during use, place it in a safe, open area and allow it to dry completely before attempting to use it again.

The RIVER can recharge from 0% to 80% in less than 1 hour and fully charge in 1.6 hours, thanks to EcoFlow's patented X-Stream technology. You can also switch to a quieter charging condition by turning on the "Quiet Charging" status on the app.
